Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

• If the product received is visibly damaged (e.g., heavily squashed, melted beyond reasonable transit effects), or if there is a significant quality issue, you must notify us immediately (within 30 minutes) of receiving the delivery. * You must provide photographic evidence of the damage/issue. * Upon verification, we will offer a full replacement or a full refund, at the customer's choice.

• We pride ourselves on consistent quality. However, dissatisfaction based purely on subjective preferences of taste or texture will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you receive an incorrect item from what you ordered, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a free redelivery of the correct item or issue a full refund.

• All approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is approved.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
