Terms and Conditions

• We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate. However, due to the nature of handcrafted baking, slight variations in color, decoration, size, and appearance may occur.

• An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email or message from us.

• You may request a change or cancellation up to 2 hours after placing the order. After this window, changes/cancellations are at the sole discretion of The Brownie Circles and may incur a cancellation fee.

• We deliver within the designated zones in Bangalore as specified on our Delivery Information page. Orders outside these zones may be subject to cancellation or higher delivery fees.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the recipient or an authorized person is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery personnel will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. Following this, the order will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued. Redelivery may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
